Amanda Underwood Director
Based in London, Amanda started her career in hospitality management running successful operations for well-known high street brands at both unit and area level.
Having gained valuable experience in general management, Amanda became fascinated by the real impact effective people management has on the success of a business and transferred her skills to Human Resources and People Management.
Today, Amanda has over 20 years’ experience leading the people agenda in small to large organisations, such as Gordon Ramsay Holdings, Pizza Express and International Power. She has operated at Board level working closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams to find the best ways to unlock potential and enable teams to operate at the very highest level both in the UK and Internationally.
Amanda is a graduate of the CIPD and is a fully qualified executive coach.
